A Letter is one of the highest ranks possibly earned when renown to The Court. They are separated into two hierarchies: 1. Military rank, and 2. Threat level. The military rank is for the utmost strongest fighters, while the threat level is for criminals who are very well known in their expertise and are a hazard to people and The Court.
In the military rank, the name of a Letter does not correspond with their actual letter, but a significant signifier or outlier that can be easily described. Carhells Letter was "The Coolest" because their natural ego was bloated, so on so forth. The Seal is a pact made with The Court that grants an ability at the cost of an internal tracker. The only known Letters without a tracker are The Thing because of them defecting, while The Synchronizer does not because of their impenetrability, nor can a tracker be pasted onto them.
Name | Letter | Title | Seal | Reason |
---|---|---|---|---|
A | ||||
B | ||||
Carhell | C | The Coolest | Bete Noire | Their ego causes them to identify themselves as "cool," which is actually a coping mechanism for losing their loved one. |
D | ||||
E | ||||
F | ||||
G | ||||
H | ||||
I | ||||
J | The Hijinx | Global Setting | Actually was meant to be "The Jinx," but for some reason, the computer kept on displaying this instead. Apparently, when confronted about it they confirmed the error was their doing, and "The Hijinx" is permanently displayed on all surveillance logs. | |
K | The Kether | Unknown | Unknown, only showcased in The Things logs. | |
L | ||||
M | ||||
N | ||||
O | ||||
Unknown | P | The Pirate | Unknown | Wished for freedom, bearing a sword to cut down their sorrows unknowingly slashing down freedom itself. Trying their hardest to earn something, the title of a pirate fits them well enough despite their looks and literally wearing a straw hat. Their abilities would say otherwise, however. |
Q | ||||
R | ||||
Unknown | S | The Synchronizer | As an ancient, sentient relic, their power was used to "synchronize" with their user, which conned their title. Even though corrosion can still take affect, it wouldn't be called "The Corrosion" because there is already a C in place. Hates garlic skin. | |
The Thing | T | The Thing | Guinevere | So mysterious, they gave their title "The Thing" as an ambiguous placeholder, ironically making this The Things name instead. |
